1. RE: SEARCH FOR THE BEST CHICKEN PARMESAN Posted 1/25/2010 9:19 AM by Ragman
The Chateau in Norton has good Chicken Parm. as some have mentioned. The location is pretty sweet too. Right on lake Winnicunnit with a bunch of tables directly overlooking the lake. If your there during daylight you can be amused at the huckleberrys ice fishing while your having a nice Chianti a...

3. RE: Great drive in for food and root beer Posted 1/25/2010 9:17 AM by Ragman
I did stop by The Stand this fall. Had a cheeseburger and fries. Had I known about the Root Beer I would have gotten that but have to say the lunch was decently good - was impressed with the fries. Burger was fine but as you all know you can't get burgers cooked med. rare anymore so I've basicall...

4. RE: WHAT'S YOUR FAVORITE MEXICAN RESTAURANT? Posted 1/25/2010 9:15 AM by Ragman
I've always been confused on what "real" food is too. I can tell you where "Really good" mexican food is in an area that hasn't seen mexican food (outside of Chili's) in as long as I remember .... and that's El Mariachi in Taunton on the Green. It opened in mid 2009 and I've been quite impressed i...

6. RE: No Problemo - New Bedford, MA Posted 9/28/2009 3:38 PM by Ragman
Recently did try El Mariachi and must admit it was very good. Good Mexican restaurants are tough to find. Just glad one popped up in a town that quite frankly has a dearth of good restaurants of any kind (save for the Hong Kong and possibly Benjamin's).

7. RE: Red Robin - Best French Fries Posted 8/20/2009 10:08 AM by Ragman
Burgers weren't bad at Red Robin but the fries were not even average. Will have to try onion rings next time. If there is a next time.

8. RE: WHAT'S YOUR FAST FOOD FAVORITE: McDONALD'S, BURGER KING, OR WENDY'S? Posted 8/20/2009 10:08 AM by Ragman
Of the three "Biggies" Best Burger: The BK Whopper has the freshest lettuce and tomatoes and is not usually as overcooked as the others. Wendy's double is a close second. Best Fries: MacDonalds. Best Shake: MacDonalds. Best Chicken Sandwich: Wendy's spicy chicken Outside of these three...

I can vouch for Siam Lotus in Norwood. Good Thai food really is a party in your mouth.

10. RE: Hidden Jewel! Authentic Deli Sandwiches in Randolph Posted 2/24/2009 8:47 AM by Ragman
Seeing as how this place is close to my work location and the review by Frugal so good I decided to check out Fresser's. The Brisket is the Monday special so why not. I was not disappointed. Although it was $7 - it came with a large, fresh, crispy pickle and a good size container of cole slaw. T...
