I RECENTLY DINED AT BOCA'S IN PEMBROKE, AND I LOVED THE PORK TENDERLOIN WITH THE SMOKED SWEET POTATO AND BUTTERNUT SQUASH, THE PORK WAS TENDER AND THE SWEET POTATO AND BUTTERNUT SQUASH WAS EXQUISITE, THE DESSERT WAS CREME BOULE' IT WAS DELICOUS RICH AND CREAMY. THE SERVICE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT. A THOUROUGHLY ENJOYABLE EVENING.

Very Good Food & Value, But I wish they would not allow smoking. The smoke from the bar permeates into the dining area.

I recently went to the restaurant BOCA in Pembroke,rte.139 almost across the entrance to the Christmas Tree Shop in a strip mall. The food as described in the Phantoms review of 1999,was just fantastic. The Cosmopolitans drank by my wife were given the highest rating. They don't take reservations for less than 6 people.Four of us arrived at 7:15 on a Saturday,we were seated in exactly one hour.We all left smiling and wanting to return. GO.

Boca is my favorite go-to restaurant on the South Shore! The bar is friendly and the food has never disappointed me in 8 years. You can eat at the bar or in the comfortable dining room. The Chicken Parmesan was the best I've had at a restaurant, crispy breaded chicken not overladen with sauce and cheese, perfect! My friend loves the double pork chop. The beef carpaccio appetizer is a favorite as well as local oysters on the half-shell and the calamari is fantastic, with andouille sausage coins, too! Prices are great, food is spectacular and service is wonderful. It's a place you might not notice on first glance, but don't pass it by! Oh, and they have take-out too!

When I first heard about BoCa I thought it would just be one of those restaurants that are good in the beginning but go down hill after that, but I have never had a bad meal there. The best part about it is that if you go for lunch, you get the same fantastic meal for half the price. I always go with something in mind, but the minute I hear the specials, I have to try one of them. My husband was skeptical about going in the first time because of it being in a strip mall, but once you eat there, you forget all about the location. It's too bad thought that it never suceeded in Plymouth. I think they tried to give it a different feel and it just never worked. Thank goodness things haven't changed in Marshfield. Can't wait to get back there.
